The Board of Supervisors is set to vote Tuesday on what would be the largest construction project in Sonoma County history. The $1.65 billion dollar plan to move the county administration campus to downtown Santa Rosa has barreled ahead despite serious concerns about parking, traffic, and impacts to downtown businesses during construction.
